company. Julie and Whitney have explored many restaurants around the country.
While living in New York City they took advantage of the progressive restaurant
scene, developing their style and appreciation for impeccable food and service.
Julie has a terrific understanding for wines and enjoys putting together the
perfect wine and food pairings. Together they have created a unique and
innovative catering company. Bon Mˇlange has been a marvelous challenge, one
that continues to grow and reinvent itself. We are committed to delivering
