Farmers Market: Products at farmers' markets are renowned for being locally-grown and very fresh. Fresh: recently created or experienced and not faded or impaired (of food) recently made or obtained; not canned, frozen, or otherwise preserved.

Local: belonging or relating to a particular area or neighborhood, typically exclusively so.

Sustainable: Ecology (esp. of development, exploitation, or agriculture) conserving an ecological balance by avoiding depletion of natural resources.
