Bon Mélange Catering was established by Chef, Whitney Flood and his Wife and business partner Julie Retzlaff. Our company is unique in that our goal is to ignite our clients with eclectic food that will tantalize as well as provoke the palate. When developing the menu for our client we gather the most fresh, seasonal, quality ingredients. We spend days on the sauces, and hours perfecting each dish, touching on every detail.
